I was a Medicare advisor (technically still am), business strategist, and coach. I help insurance agents grow, scale, and simplify their business.
I got started in this industry in 2019, and like most people, I worked long hours, chased every lead, and tried to do everything myself.
Early on, I became a top producer. I wrote a high volume of business, built a strong book of clients, and learned what actually works in the real world—not just in theory.
But as I grew, I started to see a problem. The more I did, the more things felt messy and hard to manage.
That’s when things clicked for me. Success in this industry isn’t about doing more. It’s about building better systems.
Since then, I’ve built simple, proven ways to help agents grow. I focus on what really matters—taking care of clients, building clear sales processes, and creating a business that can last long-term.
